Decide each morning who you would like to be that day; confident, patient, peaceful, energized, social, restful, focused, productive, care-free, etc. It is up to you!
To Do List:
Write down ways you will nourish and move your body, calm and expand your mind, and connect with people.
Reflect on what hopes you have for yourself and others.
Stop and consider all of your blessings. Acknowledge them and write them out.
